We have operated SmartPark JFK® location in South Ozone Park since January 2009.
Located 1.5 miles from the airport terminals, SmartPark offers more personal parking services than the airport, at a fraction of the rates charged by the airport lots. Customers will find that parking at SmartPark is more convenient and quicker than AirTrain – and less costly!
SmartPark owns its fleet of new luxury coaches to transport customers to and from terminals. Our staff adheres to a comprehensive preventative maintenance and cleaning program to ensure safety and comfort.
Our shuttle bus tracking system provides real-time pickup information for our guests through Silent Passenger® – the most advanced fleet vehicle tracking technology available.
Our secure lots utilize the latest digital surveillance with web-based technology. Guest vehicles never leave the fenced parking area without signed permission. Our staff is on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to protect your vehicle.
All size vehicles are priced equally based on how many spots they occupy. Our policy is as follows – if it won’t fit in one parking space then we will charge the appropriate rate for the number of spaces the vehicle takes up. For example, a large RV or 18-wheeler normally takes up three spaces – thus the rate will be based on three spots. Under no circumstances is the owner permitted to stay/live/camp in the vehicle while parked in our lot.
