From Jill K. – “Excellent!! Being from Central Pennsylvania and not being familiar with JFK Airport, it was a great choice for me! I drove my elderly mother and myself to Brooklyn to pick up my daughter for a family trip outside of the country. From Bed-Stuy, it was extremely easy to find and to get to SmartPark. Some other lots may be a few dollars cheaper per day, but I can’t imagine those other lots being as courteous or as efficient. We dropped off the car, and they immediately loaded our bags onto the shuttle and took us directly to our terminal. Upon our return, the shuttle picked us up within 10 minutes of our clearing customs and had us on our way. Our car was ready, they loaded our bags, and the price was exactly what was quoted on our reservations. My driving back to Brooklyn was also very easy. People from rural areas, like myself, tend to be afraid of driving to JFK. Using SmartPark made it so easy! I would recommend SmartPark to anyone who chooses to fly out of JFK.”

Only waited once for a pickup that I thought was longer than their usual 15-20 minutes. Easy online reservations and no payment until you actually use them. I will continue using them.”

When I dropped my car off on Monday, I explained to the staff that I am hearing impaired and I cannot hear on the phone to notify your company of my arrival (later that week). I was given two cell phone numbers to text when I landed.  I was skeptical due to previous experiences with other parking lot companies where I became extremely frustrated and aggravated. I was not sure if someone would respond.

Prior to my departure, I had to rebook flights due to delays. I texted Laura to inform her of the change. Within a few minutes, I received a reply of “not a problem.“  I truly felt a weight lifted off my shoulders, knowing that Laura was going to help me when I landed.

True to her word, when I landed I texted Laura.  She responded with clear directions on where to meet the driver.  When the driver picked me up, Laura also made sure I was safely on the shuttle.  This brought tears to my eyes. It was the first experience I had that was stress-free!!

I was so impressed with the care and how Laura went above and beyond her duty to help me. The entire staff at SmartPark LGA was so kind and caring. I really appreciated the thought and kindness that I encountered.  I will forever be grateful and will always use SmartPark. Thank you, Laura and the SmartPark employees. “
