Departure & Arrival

SmartPark does honor a 5-hour grace period (after the 24-hour day) before charging for subsequent days, This applies only to reservations made directly with SmartPark and not a third party website. Regardless of your reservation, your fee is based on actual time parked in the lot.

Payment is made when you return to the lot to pick up your vehicle. We accept cash, travelers checks, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club and Discover.

Only AFTER you have retrieved your luggage please call (877) 535-PARK and request a pick up. Please confirm the terminal number when disembarking your plane as there are 8 distinct terminals at JFK and four at LGA. This phone numbers is also located on the SmartPark parking ticket you were given at check in. The SmartPark cashier will also ask for your ticket number so your car can be pulled into our Ready Zone. When you call us, the dispatcher will confirm where you will meet the shuttle.

The LaGuardia location is approximately 1 1/2 miles from terminals and takes about 10 minutes on the Free shuttle.

The JFK location is approximately 2 miles from the terminals at JFK. The free shuttle takes approximately 7-10 minutes to drop off

When you pull into our lot at 28-11 Linden Place, a SmartPark team member will greet you and process a parking ticket for you. You will be asked for your name, reservation number, return date/time and your airline. The SmartPark associate will provide you with a claim ticket and phone number to call upon your return to LGA. *Upon returning, please call us only AFTER retrieving your luggage.

When you pull into our lot at 123-10 South Conduit Avenue, a SmartPark team member will greet you and process a parking ticket for you. You will be asked for your name, reservation number, return date/time and your airline. The SmartPark associate will provide you with a claim ticket and phone number to call upon your return to JFK. *Upon returning, please call us only AFTER retrieving your luggage.

Please arrive at SmartPark JFK and LGA at least 20 minutes before you want to be at your terminal. The TSA recommends that travelers arrive at their departure terminals at least 2 hours before the scheduled flight time. TSA.gov.

SmartPark is a long term and short term parking lot that serves travelers at John F. Kennedy (JFK) International and LaGuardia (LGA) Airports 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are officially licensed by the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs and a certified vendor of the Port Authority of NY/NJ.

Rewards Program

Every 7th day at SmartPark is always free – but only when you book direct with us! Reward members also earn automatic points for a free day (one day = one point). Earn 7 points and receive a free day on your next reservation.

In order to receive reward points for your reservation, Rewards Program Members must book their parking on the Smart Park website while logged into your account.
